· Provide advanced L2/L3 application support for Odoo and Dynamics 365, resolving complex issues and performing root cause analysis.
· Customize and enhance ERP systems by developing modules, automations, scripts, and workflow improvements.
· Administer and configure ERP modules, ensuring smooth integrations with internal and external systems.
· Monitor application performance to maintain system stability, availability, and data accuracy.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to process improvements and controlled deployments.
Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in Application Support or Software Development.
- Technical Skills: Strong in C#.NET, Python, REST APIs, integrations, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL).
- ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Odoo (v12–v17) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central / CRM).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and independence.
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Git/DevOps tools, ticketing systems, Docker/CI/CD, plus a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
