Marketing Executive - Electronics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the execution of our overall marketing strategy. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for all things marketing.


Marketing Executive Responsibilties:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on marketing calendars, co-op activities, and promotional approvals.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends in the Kuwait electronics market.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate in-store branding, signage, product displays, and promotional materials in showrooms.
  • Work with store teams to ensure planograms, POP materials, and brand guidelines are properly implemented.
  • Support preparation of product content, specs, and imagery for in-store and online listings.
  • Liaise with global electronics brands on campaign requirements, marketing assets, approvals, and reporting.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports for suppliers, including KPIs, photos, and ROI analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, mall activations, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Coordinate logistics, setup, and vendor management for events and booths.
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitor products, and pricing.
  • Track product category performance and support preparation of monthly/quarterly marketing reports.
  • Analyze customer insights to support marketing strategy development.
  • Handle marketing purchase requests, quotations, and coordination with suppliers/vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, advertising schedules, and promotional budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales, retail operations, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to align marketing with business needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within electronics, retail, or FMCG.


Skills

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp/CRM, social media scheduling tools)
  • Knowledge of Kuwait retail market is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
