To provide on-site desktop support and technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows OS environments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You


Must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
