We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide professional front-desk support and handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and room reservations for executives and teams.
  • Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for staff as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with basic accounting and procurement tasks, including invoice processing and purchase orders under supervision.
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action item follow-ups; monitor progress and deadlines.
  • Support office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor level) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Internal internship program eligibility; strong interest in pursuing a career in administration and operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email/calendar tools; familiarity with collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capacity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional professionalism at all times.
