Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide professional front-desk support and handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and room reservations for executives and teams.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for staff as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with basic accounting and procurement tasks, including invoice processing and purchase orders under supervision.
- Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action item follow-ups; monitor progress and deadlines.
- Support office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor level) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Internal internship program eligibility; strong interest in pursuing a career in administration and operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email/calendar tools; familiarity with collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capacity.
