Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines.
