Position Overview

The COO will play a pivotal role in driving Seazen Group’s operational performance, service excellence, and long-term growth. This executive leader will oversee all catering, food service, and restaurant functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and alignment with the company's strategic vision. The ideal candidate brings extensive F&B expertise, operational mastery, and the leadership acumen to inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all Seazen Group service lines.
  • Oversee daily operations of catering, food service, and restaurant units, ensuring consistency, quality, and full compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, service delivery, and operational systems.

Strategic & Financial Management

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to define long-term operational goals and support corporate strategy.
  • Create, manage, and optimize budgets, ensuring financial targets and cost-control measures are achieved.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and implement actions that improve performance, productivity, and service quality.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop an operations team committed to excellence, accountability, and growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation across the organization.

Stakeholder & Vendor Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, regulators, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate partnerships and vendor agreements that support operational efficiency and business growth.

Innovation & Market Awareness

  • Identify opportunities for new concepts, operational enhancements, and service innovations within the F&B landscape.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives.

Brand & Values Alignment

  • Ensure all operational practices uphold Seazen Group’s mission, brand standards, and core values.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the organization’s culture, quality, and service philosophy.
