· Shift Maintaining in routine basis
· Attending break downs in shift for all kind of machine & auxiliaries’ equipment
· Monthly preventive maintenance for all kind of machine & auxiliaries’ equipment
· Daily basis reading of chiller and air compressor
· Mold changes according to machine plan
· Preventive Maintenance of the various range of mold Sipa preforms mold & husky preform mold & cap closure mold
· Servicing of all injection molding hot runner & cold half’s
· Able to do mold changeover & insert changeover on all injection molding machines
· Uses of welding and machining techniques and methods to repair defects and smooth interior of mold
· Assist in the purchase, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring and fixtures; perform troubleshooting to repair or replace fans and motors; perform repairs to motors & Auxiliary equipment’s
· Able to do the pump installation & Alignments, changing of motor & pump bearings. And also, able to do fabrication/mechanical modification works (if required)/pipe welding/Machine leveling/Machine shifting/piping line works
· Able to view the drawings of machine hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical circuit for the purpose of determining the efficient installation of new or upgraded systems & fault finding
· Able to do the grinding machine blade alignments & blade sharpening process
· Troubleshooting & preventive Maintenance of the injection molding machines for preform - SIPA PPS 96, Husky Hypet 300 HPP5/4,closures - Hycap 225 v 3.0,Netstal Elion Hybrid 2200,Demark 400,Visual inspection system – IMD, INTRAVIS Cap watcher III/Pre watcher, Chum power Blow molding machine,5 gallon cap heat seal machine & form inserting machine
· Basic knowledge of Preventive Maintenance of Chiller, Air Compressors, centralized A/c & circulation pumps (not mandatory)
· Basic knowledge & idea of Preventive Maintenance of husky material conveying systems, Metal separator, Dehumidifier & Dryer
· Troubleshooting & Maintenance of the IMD /INTRAVIS cap closure inspection system. Able to do IMD mechanical set up changeovers
· Able to do mold changeover & insert changeover on all injection molding machines
· Maintenance & Troubleshooting of other plant auxiliary equipment’s
· Calibration procedure follows up for all the injection molding Machines
· Able to do preventive maintenance & troubleshooting for all auxiliary equipment’s (e.g.: overhead cranes, grinding machines & forklifts)
· Reads and interprets blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements
· Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by Senior Technician
· Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle
· Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
· Examines weld for bead size and other specifications
· Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes
· Positions and clamps work pieces together or assemble them in jig or fixtures
· Selects torch, torch tip, filler ford and flux, according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of material
· Able to do the tacks an assembly together, Chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter & Cleans or de-greases parts
· Performs all necessary maintenance and repair on all equipment used in welding
· Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area
· Ability to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
· Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to fractional equivalents
· Ability to use weld fillet gauges to ensure proper weld size and interpret tolerances
· Must be able to identify and measure material Transports a variety of tools, equipment and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required during breakdown /preventive maintenance
· Prepares written materials (e.g. repair request, shift report, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information
· Able to maintain the ISO related documents and updating with mangers.
· Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions on the machines
· Coordinates with technicians and/or other technicians for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently
· Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
· To coordinate with production & qc department to attend the machine breakdown in on time
· To supervise the maintenance labors for assist of all kind of maintenance work
· To attend the quality issue in any of our product & to make the right decision to re-solve the quality issue in same time.
