INSIJAM is seeking a bilingual female Secretary/Administrative Assistant to provide organizational, administrative, and communication support. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.





Responsibilities


  • Manage daily communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Schedule appointments, sessions, and meetings
  • Maintain calendars, reminders, and follow-up tasks
  • Organize client files, documents, and records
  • Assist with event coordination and administrative logistics
  • Prepare letters, forms, and basic reports
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

  • Female candidate (required)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient with basic digital tools (email, Google Docs, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality






Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or executive assistant
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with coaching, training, or service-based environments is a plus
