We are seeking an Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising electrical systems for housing welfare projects. Ensures compliance with Kuwait MEW standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical designs, drawings, load schedules, and BOQs.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Supervise site installation of electrical systems (power, lighting, low current, grounding).
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait codes, MEW regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
- Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.
- Support project planning, progress monitoring, and report preparation.
Skills
- BSc Electrical from reputed University
- KSE Membership
- Relevant experience in residential construction
- Knowledge of Kuwaiti building regulations
- Local /PAHW experience is the priority
- Experience of Infrastructure & Residential Projects
- Valid Kuwati Civil ID + Other relevant documents
- 12+ years' experience
