Marketing Manager



The Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing vision, strengthen brand equity, and drive growth across all dairy categories. This role works closely with the Chairman & Managing Director and plays a key part in shaping market strategy, product positioning, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, annual plans, and SMART objectives that support growth in the dairy sector.
  • Drive product launch strategies, market-entry plans, and category expansion for existing and new dairy products.
  • Maintain transparent communication with Management and ensure timely reporting of KPIs.

Brand & Consumer Focus

  • Act as the Brand Guardian—protecting and elevating the Company’s dairy brands.
  • Deeply understand dairy consumer habits, preferences, and market trends; translate insights into innovation and improved experiences.
  • Monitor competitors and anticipate market shifts to stay ahead in the dairy category.

Operational & Cross-Functional Excellence

  • Lead day-to-day marketing execution aligned with approved strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ROI, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team, aligned with the Company’s values and culture.
  • Recruit and develop talent with the right skill sets to support the Company’s dairy marketing goals.
  • Manage external service providers and ensure quality delivery.

Business Planning & Governance

  • Lead the preparation and execution of short- and long-term marketing business plans.
  • Support global marketing campaigns, media plans, and promotional activities for Company partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.




Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA (Marketing focus).
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in core marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or dairy.
  • Fluency in English and the local business language.
