1. Operate the Mill as per the plan given by the Mill Engineer.
2. Operate and monitor the mill, adjust parameters in the panel screen and report any failures immediately to the reporting manager.
3. Collect the daily samples from each mill and handover to the Quality control Officer daily.
4. Operate crusher, set adjustments and achieve crushing targets.
5. Perform daily maintenance for the machines and other production equipment such as but not limited to asset maintenance, cleaning hopper, crushing, bulk filing.
6. Collect samples from each mill for the Lab on a daily basis.
7. Supervise hoppers fillings with the assigned materials with zero errors.
8. Supervise housekeeping in Mill area. Report daily with Mill down hours.
9. Setting and running each Mill for variable products like Barite, Bentonite, Calcium-Coarse, Calcium-Medium, Calcium-Fine, Marble-Coarse, Marble-Medium and Marble-Fine.
10. Filling Bulk trucks for Bulk Barite and Bulk Bentonite and transferring crude materials to the Mills using belt conveyor.
11. Provide report on daily basis to the Mill Supervisor.
