We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Infrastructure and Buildings team in As Salimiyah, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various laboratory activities related to construction materials, soil testing, and structural analysis. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials, including concrete, asphalt, and soil samples, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
2. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports that summarize findings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, performing routine calibrations and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret test results and provide recommendations based on findings.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory environment, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
7. Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of testing and reporting.
8. Document all laboratory activities, including test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance, in compliance with company policies.
