Job Description:

The BMS (Building Management System) Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, designing system architectures, preparing competitive proposals, and supporting the sales team in securing BMS projects. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC controls and other MEP systems integrated with BMS.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

- 5+ years experience in BMS pre-sales, design, or estimation.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS hardware, and protocols (BACnet/Modbus/KNX).

- Excellent communication, Coordination, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:



- Review project specifications, drawings, and RFPs to understand BMS requirements.

- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, I/O lists.

- Prepare material submittals for consultant review and approval.

- Design BMS solutions covering HVAC equipment, controls, and system integrations (BACnet/Modbus).

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and techno-commercial offers.

- provide technical support for sales team during the sales cycle.

- Participate in client meetings, site surveys, and clarification sessions.
