We are looking for a dedicated and physically capable Roustabout to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait, specifically within the oil and gas industry. As a Roustabout, you will be a vital part of our operations, providing essential support to various tasks on-site. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the loading and unloading of drilling equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards during operations.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work site, which is critical in the oil and gas industry to prevent accidents and ensure efficient operations.
3. Support rigging activities and assist in the assembly and disassembly of drilling rigs and equipment.
4. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors to minimize downtime.
5. Participate in safety drills and training sessions, reinforcing the importance of safety in all operations.
6. Handle hazardous materials safely, following established guidelines for storage and disposal in line with industry regulations.
7. Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including spills or equipment failures, following the established emergency response procedures.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the drilling process.
9. Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and digging trenches, as required for various tasks on-site.
10. Follow instructions from supervisors and actively participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge related to oil and gas operations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Previous experience in a Roustabout or similar role within the oil and gas sector is highly desirable.
2. Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations specific to the oil and gas industry is essential.
3. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces typically found in oil fields.
