Job Description:
- Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of all pastry items and dessert items while maintaining consistent quality and taste standards.
- Create new recipes and seasonal menus, manage ingredient inventory.
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and service teams to ensure timely production and smooth operation during service and special events.
Qualifications:
- Male, Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pastry or within the F&B or hospitality industry; With proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Cold kitchen.
- With strong leadership, time management, and hygiene standards, with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
