Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to service calls and addressing client concerns with professionalism.
4. Document all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
5. Assist in the training of junior technicians and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices in HVAC maintenance.
6. Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HVAC systems are integrated effectively into the overall facility management.
8. Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available for repairs and installations.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC work to ensure a safe working environment.
