We are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer with a specialization in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering to join our team in Al Kuwait. This position is crucial for our operations in the healthcare sector, where you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing laboratory analytical instruments, particularly gas chromatography instruments. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in this field, demonstrating a strong understanding of both electronic systems and instrumentation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our equipment operates at peak performance, thereby enhancing the reliability and quality of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in gas chromatography and laboratory analytical instruments, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
2. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electronic and instrumentation systems, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
3. Provide technical support to clients, helping them understand the operation and maintenance of their equipment.
4. Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions, to maintain comprehensive records.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement service strategies that enhance overall equipment efficiency.
6. Participate in the installation and calibration of new laboratory instruments, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
7. Stay informed about advancements in gas chromatography and laboratory instrumentation to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
8. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to keep skills current and relevant in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
9. Assist in training junior staff and clients on the proper use and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Preferred Candidate:

1. 3 to 7 years of experience as a Service Engineer, specifically with gas chromatography and laboratory analytical instruments.
2. Strong technical knowledge in electronics and instrumentation, with the ability to diagnose complex issues effectively.
