We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives at our Interior Finishing Company based in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the interior finishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior finishing market, including residential and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales initiatives.
