About The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational functions across the company's meal production, logistics, delivery, and service fulfillment. This role ensures that daily operations run smoothly, cost effectively, and in alignment with standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will coordinate between the kitchen, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to deliver meals on time and maintain high operational standards in the healthy meals and subscription food business.

About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive operations experience, ideally in F&B, meal delivery services, or food manufacturing or subscription meal businesses.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations, logistic or delivery networks, or high volume production lines.
- Experience in a subscription-based or direct-to-consumer food business is an advantage.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (ISO22000, HACCP) and certification processes.
- Competency in data analysis, metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with focus on reliability and service excellence.
- Familiarity with operations software, ERP systems, delivery routing tools, and inventory systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
