Ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid B2B or Corporate Sales Management experience at a managerial level.
- Proven experience in client/partnership acquisition and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects efficiently.
- A strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent communication and organizational skills.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A valid Kuwait driving license
