Senior HR Officer – Performance & Rewards to support and drive key processes within the performance management and rewards framework. This role will manage the full KPI/KPO cycle, assist in bonus and incentive administration, and provide data-driven insights to HR and leadership teams. The position offers strong exposure to senior management.
Performance Management Cycle:
-  Coordinate and manage the annual performance management process, including KPI/KPO setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations. Ensure timelines are met, data is accurate, and performance documentation is completed across all business units.
- KPI/KPO Framework Development:
-  Support business units and department heads in defining measurable KPIs and KPOs aligned with company objectives. Provide guidance to ensure performance indicators are clear, relevant, and results driven.
Performance Data Management:
-  Maintain and update performance databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across all departments. Use advanced Excel tools to consolidate and analyze performance outcomes.
- Bonus, Incentive & Rewards Administration:
-  Prepare, validate, and analyze data for annual bonuses, incentive payouts, and recognition programs. Ensure alignment between performance ratings, business results, and compensation recommendations.
Reporting & Insights:
-  Generate regular and ad-hoc performance analytics, dashboards, and summary reports for HR and leadership. Highlight key performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and department managers to ensure consistent implementation of performance policies and reward practices. Support calibration sessions and provide performance data to assist in decision-making.
Process Improvement & Automation:
-  Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of digital performance management systems and tools. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience.
Training & Support:
-  Assist in conducting orientation or training sessions for employees and managers on performance management procedures, goal setting, and evaluation best practices.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
-  Ensure all performance and compensation data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience in performance management and Rewards
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, including KPI/KPO design, target setting, and evaluation processes.
- Hands-on experience in bonus, incentive, and reward administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
- Proficiency in using HR systems and exposure to digital performance management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities, with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity in managing employee performance and reward records.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data.
