Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait. The Sales Executive will focus primarily on B2B sales, engaging with retail and service-oriented businesses to promote JoyBox’s digital marketing solutions.

 The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their business needs, and successfully closing deals. 

The Sales Executive will also maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently work toward achieving defined sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Generate Leads: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, working towards the overall growth of the company.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Handle negotiations and objections, ensuring a smooth and successful close of sales deals.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Report on sales metrics and activities to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and loyalty programs
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
