Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments and meetings.
  2. Prepare and maintain confidential documents and reports.
  3. Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  4. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  5. Support the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
  6. Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  7. Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members.
  8. Implement and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team.
  10. Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Preferred Candidate:
