Description
IIn this role, you will be responsible in managing Business Financial Controls, Strategic Planning, Reporting & Analytics, Risk Management and Stakeholder relations, ensuring financial integrity and alignment with organizational goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic financial plans, directly influencing the company’s growth trajectory.
- Identify and assess financial risks and growth opportunities to enhance the company’s resilience and profitability.
- Plan and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting report, analyzing industry trends and assessing financial health of the company.
- Deliver actionable insights through in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Drive business performance by closely monitoring financial outcomes against forecasts, identifying opportunities for optimization, and recommending strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process and manage tax filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Draft and execute Risk management strategies that safeguard the company’s financial health.
- Work collaboratively with International counterparts to standardize financial systems and practices across the company’s global operations.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build team capabilities and support career growth.

Education & Qualifications:
- Qualified CA,CPA,ACCA, CFA degree in finance & accounting
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Proven experience in Power solutions/Distribution/Heavy Electricals/Trading industry
