Control Room Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls at the Help Desk from tenants, customers, and employees for mall-related requests and take necessary actions.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Call emergency services (ambulance, firefighters, police, maintenance) when needed.
  • Follow up with relevant departments for advertisements, upload them to the system, and monitor.
  • Monitor the footfall system and report accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for the electricity charge system.
  • Track work permits and helpdesk tickets with the concerned department.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of surveillance systems.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with control room operations and footfall systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
