Responsibilities:
- Receive calls at the Help Desk from tenants, customers, and employees for mall-related requests and take necessary actions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Call emergency services (ambulance, firefighters, police, maintenance) when needed.
- Follow up with relevant departments for advertisements, upload them to the system, and monitor.
- Monitor the footfall system and report accordingly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for the electricity charge system.
- Track work permits and helpdesk tickets with the concerned department.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of surveillance systems.
Experience & Qualification:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with control room operations and footfall systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
