• Configuring and customize software applications to meet business requirements and optimize workflows.
• Setting up user profiles, permissions and roles within applications.
• Collaborating with technical teams to test and implement updates, patches etc.
• Coordinating deployment of new software applications or updates.
• Assisting in the integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure.
• Developing and delivering user training materials.
• Conducting hands-on training sessions for end-users.
• Providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, procedures and workflows.

Skills

• Having experience managing and maintaining multiple software applications such as HRMS, CAFM etc.
• Having experience handling Wrench EPC software is preferable.
• Having Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology.
• Proven experience in application support specialist, software support specialist, or similar role.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve system issues.
• Good communication skills, planning and testing.
• Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) basic scripting.
• Having 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
