Oversee and optimize restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in SOPs, cost controls, and team performance.
Drive brand identity and customer experience by aligning operations with marketing strategies and consumer trends.
Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance menu profitability and service standards.
Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and design teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain a competitive market presence.

A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts continuously expanding in GCC, headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Qualifications:
48 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or restaurant operations in the GCC, preferably in Kuwait, with a focus on high-volume, multi-location restaurants.
English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
