Leasing Officer

The Leasing Officer is responsible for ensuring that properties are leased in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property viewings and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
  2. Manage the leasing process from application to contract signing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants to foster a positive leasing environment.
  4. Market available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
  5. Prepare and present lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated.
  6. Conduct background checks and verify tenant applications to ensure suitability.
  7. Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Monitor market trends to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and transactions.
  10. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
