We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our

sales team and ensure smooth operations within our department. The ideal candidate will be a

detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate

industry. This role is crucial in coordinating the sales process, managing client relationships, and

ensuring seamless transaction processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met.
  • Assist sales agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports to the sales team and management.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective buyers.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract preparation,
  • document management, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A Valid Driving License is a MUST!
  • Bilingual is a MUST!
