Job Summary

 

HR Manager will implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

·        Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates.

·        Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.

·        Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.

·        Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

·        Promote employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.

·        Lead conflict resolution and employee relations efforts to maintain a harmonious work environment.

·        Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

·        Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession plans.

·        Proven experience in HR management within the automotive industry.

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

Candidate Profile:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field

·        Minimum 5-10 years managerial position in Automotive Industry

·        Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
