Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
· Assist in managing financial records, invoices, payroll, and budgeting to ensure smooth financial operations.
· Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
· Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.
· Maintain and update financial records, reports, and ledgers.
· Support in budget planning and cost analysis for landscaping projects.
· Monitor cash flow, financial discrepancies, and expenditure tracking.
· Work with project managers to ensure accurate project cost management.
· Work closely with the finance team and management to analyze expenses, track cash flow, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
· Prepare financial reports for internal use and management review.
- · Stay updated on accounting standards and financial regulations in Kuwait.
Skills
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in accounting preferably in construction, landscaping, or related industries.
· Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar)
