The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for increasing revenue by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a sales-driven individual with a passion for hospitality, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The Sales Executive will actively promote the hotel’s services, target corporate and travel clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase hotel services.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics.
- Work with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry in Kuwait.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
