CCTV Technician

Position: CCTV Technician

Location: [KUWAIT HAWALLY ]

As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems. You will ensure systems are working effectively, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Ensure system functionality, including upgrades and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.

Skills

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVRs, and wiring.

Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and fix system issues quickly.

Networking Skills: Basic knowledge of IP-based systems and networking.

Attention to Detail: Ensure proper installation and coverage of systems.

Communication: Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Physical Skills: Comfort with working at heights and installing equipment.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

Experience: Previous experience with CCTV installation or a related field is a plus.
