Commercial Manager

We are hiring a Commercial Manager to lead our sales, contracts, and business development efforts across our core industry sectors. The role is responsible for contract negotiations, revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and key client relationships. This position plays a crucial role in securing new business, managing risk, and ensuring commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and financial terms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Soil Remediation Services.
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, cost analysis, and project bid proposals.
  • Led the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assess commercial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in commercial management in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Mining.
