The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the human resources functions within an organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting employee engagement. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any legal issues that arise.

  7. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
