Factory Manager – Aluminium Fabrication and Installation

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the factory's operations, including aluminium fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of products such as windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, handrails, and louvres.
  • Prepare and review aluminium tenders, cost estimates, and budgets using pricing software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize factory workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during fabrication or installation to maintain high-quality standards.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication and installation (windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of pricing aluminium tenders using software such as Orgadata’s LogiKal.
