The B2B Sales role in Kuwait focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition in the Call Centers & Customer Care Outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential B2B clients within the customer care outsourcing sector.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the outsourcing or customer service industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
