Payroll Officer

Kuwait
  • Process payroll for all employees
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all payroll transactions
  • Resolve payroll issues promptly and efficiently, working with other departments and managers if needed
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax and benefits administration
  • Prepare and file all payroll-related tax returns and reports
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and totality
  • Communicate with employees about payroll-related concerns
  • Work with HR and other departments to ensure that any personnel changes are processed promptly
  • Administer and manage employee benefits, including enrollments and changes
  • Provide support for various payroll projects and initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports and analytics to stakeholders

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with payroll software and databases
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to discreetly handle confidential information
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Experience with payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce
  • Ability to work well in a team
