Skills

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for creating and editing short-form content.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with teams.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of design and marketing trends.
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and conversion funnels.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for content creation on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Experience creating assets for paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and how visual content contributes to search rankings.
