Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Central Kitchen Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This role is crucial in coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery of products to multiple distribution points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and according to standards.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet order deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
- Staff Supervision:
- Oversee and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high-quality production standards for all food items.
- Conduct regular quality checks and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
- Inventory and Supply Chain:
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of items.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all staff are trained in health and safety protocols.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Liaise with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field (preferred).
- 4-5 Years experience in kitchen operations, preferably in a central kitchen or large-scale production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and production scheduling.
