Job Vacancy: Papermill Salesperson

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Papermill Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the paper industry, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote papermill products to customers, including paper rolls, sheets, and custom paper solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in various industries
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, must in the paper industry or manufacturing sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Knowledge of paper products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is a plus
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
