Job Vacancy: Papermill Salesperson
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Papermill Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the paper industry, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote papermill products to customers, including paper rolls, sheets, and custom paper solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in various industries
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, must in the paper industry or manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of paper products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is a plus
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
