We are currently looking for Customer Support Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful connections with our valued customers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding support to customers via calls, emails, chats and resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensure an excellent and positive experience for every customer.
  • Collaborate with our team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively monitoring orders placed through our app.

• Proactively liaising with riders and shop to ensure orders run smoothly.

• Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience.


What We’re Looking For:

•Proficient bilingual language Arabic and English.

• Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service.

• Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email.

• Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
