Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role involves increasing market presence, and driving customer engagement to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and all social media.
Conduct regular creative reviews and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and develop new ideas.
Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet KPIs.
Monitor the progress of campaigns, coordinate and submit reports with the management.
Brand Management:
Strengthen brand positioning in the competitive market.
Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Use data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance creative strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Bilingual: Very good in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
Proven experience with brand management and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
