Business Manager - Gadgets & Electronics

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electronics Business Manager to lead our electronics division. This individual will take full ownership of the business, from supplier relations to e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth processes, achieving financial goals, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the electronics industry, a strong understanding of e-commerce, and expertise in Apple devices.


Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly for iPhones, Apple devices, and other electronics.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs and secure supply chain reliability.

- Ensure proper inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

- Oversee e-commerce platform operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- Monitor online order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

- Design and implement workflows to ensure smooth operational processes across departments.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and processes.

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team for the electronics division.

- Create a positive work environment and foster team collaboration.

- Develop annual budgets for purchasing, marketing, and overall operations.

- Drive business planning to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.

- Analyze business performance and create actionable strategies to address gaps.

- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services.

- Monitor product quality and service standards, maintaining brand reputation.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective campaigns for online and offline sales.

Skills

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

- 5+ years in a leadership role within the electronics or e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record in supplier management, operations, and team leadership.

- Hands-on experience with Apple devices, iPhone purchasing, and online marketplaces.


Skills:

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
