Key Responsibilities

• Manage facade projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop innovative solutions to resolve technical challenges in facade construction.

• Oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns effectively.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks and challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

• 3–5 years of experience in facade engineering and project management.

• Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (English is a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
