Content Creator /Social Media Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

 

1.      Content Creation:

 

Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform.

Write compelling captions, blogs, and short-form content that reflect the brand’s voice and style.

Collaborate with Photographers and videographers to produce creative assets.

 

2. Social Media Management:

 

Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor and engage with the online community, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

 

3. Campaign Development:

 

Support product launches, promotions, and brand partnerships through creative storytelling.

 

4. Trend Analysis:

 

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

 

5. Analytics and Reporting:

 

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.

Use data insights to refine content strategies and achieve business objectives.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).

Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently.

Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
