The Area Manager position in the FMCG sector in Kuwait is a critical role that involves overseeing operations across multiple locations to ensure the effective implementation of company strategies and objectives. Responsibilities:

  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and support staff across the assigned area.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations.
  7. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
  8. Prepare and present reports on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior management.

  10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
