Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our media production company. The role involves directly reporting to the General Manager (GM) and supervising the operational aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, payments, and resolve any issues to ensure the timely delivery of services.
- Oversee team schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate logistics efficiently.
- Maintain and organize databases, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills.
