• Organize efficiently and coordinate the lab activities, including quality control, timely execution of all incoming requests and other lab work as required.
• Collect representative samples from all field locations for laboratory analysis. Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses including crude oil, water, gas, and solid/deposits samples.
• Ensure that all laboratory instruments are calibrated, maintained and operated properly.
• Ensure quality control program are executed properly.
• Review and monitor analyses carried out by contractors.
• Participate/contribute to all improvement projects carried out by laboratory clients.
• Prepare daily lab report as per the procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure that available equipment in the base is effectively tested and maintained as so to be ready to provide all logging services
• Ensure all equipment is in working order, corresponding modification are properly done and tracked, and the preventive maintenance is performed
• Keep optimum inventory of spare parts related to maintenance
• Prepare, check and maintain the following to the Base manager: tool status, repairs and outstanding repairs, fill tool failure reports properly
• Maintain service documentation listing and modification notice file
• Maintain tool history records
• Maintain truck and vehicle electrics, including Acquisition Systems
• Keep track of PM maintenance and modification for the base
• Encourage the HSE culture over the personnel working in the base
• Consolidate records and information of the maintenance cost, tools down, tools repaired and other KPI’s to be presented to management every month
• Adherence to Company policies
• Maintain office computer equipment including software updates and bug fixes
• Provide support in the field when is needed
