Office Manager reporting to the GM, supervising media production company
Manages vendor relationships, contracts, payments, and resolves issues to ensure timely service delivery.
Oversees team schedules, assigns tasks, and coordinates logistics.
Maintains databases, organizes reports and meetings, and ensures effective communication.
It requires a high school diploma (degree preferred), 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, and experience in using MS Office.
Native Arabic and fluent English required
